Born in Mansfield, Ohio, GMT artist Armani started taking music seriously four years ago in 2017 when he released “Came From” alongside fellow GMT members “Shad Dolla” and “A1.” Some fans may have been around from the beginning when his group sold out tickets for a show in his town, or saw him perform alongside heavy hitters like Lil Durk, G Herbo, Lil Baby, Waka Flocka, and many other notable artists.
Armani explains how he grew his platform organically by constantly running shows and releasing music. Despite some of the challenging setbacks and roadblocks that are often common in the music industry, Armani has found his groove and recognizes his uniqueness as an artist.
Known for his versatility and fluidity, Armani has truly made a name for himself thanks to his hard work and dedication. He states: “I believe in the law of attraction. You will get what you are looking for if you never stop searching. It is up to you to seize the opportunity, it will not wait for you ”.
But Armani shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon, and he has big goals for himself looking ahead. Not only does he see himself performing at Lollapalooza 2022, but he’s also aiming to give back to the youth in his community.
It’s no wonder why GMT Armani has had all their success so far, and you can keep an eye out for their latest mixtape, “Cut Different,” which will showcase their unique sounds and talents. You can hear more of him and his latest projects on his Instagram.
