Charlène Gisèle used to be a high-flying London solicitor at a prestigious law firm. She found that career exciting and intellectually challenging, but the demand and pace of the work took a toll on her mental and physical well-being.
Realizing that there must be a balance between her career and her lifestyle, Charlène changed her career from being business-focused to health-focused.
Now affectionately nicknamed the “Soulicitor” by her clients, Charlène Gisèle is a coach-consultant whose mission is to optimize personal and professional life.
“I deeply believe that a highly successful career does not have to be synonymous with unhealthy diet and lifestyle habits. This is why I passionately support my clients with nutrition, meditation, biohacking, breathing, and corporate wellness programs so my clients can have it all,” she said.
Mixing technology with holistic wisdom
Through her “Life 360 Optimization Coaching Program”, Charlène is focusing her energy and compassion on the well-being of her clients in order to guide them towards a better balance in their personal and professional lives.
One of the ways Charlène hopes to achieve this goal for her clients is through technology.
“With the help of technology, I can create wellness environments for the digital workspace. The focus is to help reconnect employees and build a company-wide wellness network so that positive actions can be led from the top or horizontally, to fully empower a company’s wellness,” he said.
This approach is called biohacking. As one of the fundamental pillars of your business and wellness services, biohacking helps optimize your clients’ internal and external environments by combining cutting-edge technology with proven holistic wisdom.
“It’s about using state-of-the-art technology to gain quantifiable information about your unique biology, physiology, and state of mind for optimal health, performance, longevity, and vitality. With these deep insights, it provides biomarkers that can be tracked and improved,” said Charlène.
A voice for an optimized life
Charlène is currently training other coaches who believe in the same balanced life as her through her Masters in Coaching program. If she does, she will help her reach more clients and serve her needs in the future.
The trainer-consultant has also written three wellness optimization ebooks and is determined to write more content that she plans to publish as a book.
But Charlène hopes to take on an even bigger role in the future with her goal of becoming an ambassador to the corporate world for wellness optimization and stellar job performance that comes from coaching, biohacking, and mindset optimization.
